Regular price 195,00 krWe find this coffee to be very unique and different from most other Indonesian coffees, taste really delicious and unlike anything else. Its Anaerobic profile but clean it up with more brightness and transparency and make it a bit less wild with more "sophisticated" funk. That definitely worked out! Expect a transparent and elegant profile with lots of ripe fruit, sugary and tea-like. Wild!
Good tongue gripping structure and sourness up front - like a dry white wine. Short but with alingering complex jammy and floral finish of lavender, white tea and forest berry.
